Smart Energy-saving Solution

After Sanzen IoT hardwares and Energy cloud docking with the air conditioning control system, intelligent AI algorithm is used to optimize and improve controlling capability and operation strategy of cold-source group. Through Collecting internal temperature of every cabinet in each column in the data center, the system can depict the changes of thermal field covering different times. Accordingly, actual cooling conditions inside of cabinets can be calculated, and parameters of cold-source group controlling system are adjusted to reduce data center PUE year by year.

Below aspects can be realized:

1. AI intelligent analysis of air conditioning system;
2. Set up thermal field;
3. Intelligent algorithm model for interworking and linkage between air conditioning system and cabinet cooling capacity;
4. Physical blocking, improve cooling efficiency of A/C remote end; increase wind pressure of the remote end, and reduce remote ambient temperature with 3 °C currently,
5. Terminal A/C: data collection and remote monitoring.

A/C operation, ambient temperature and cabinet cooling capacity can be effectively connected through complete AI intelligent control and real-time intelligent temperature and humidity management system, and it can control the whole system comprehensively and accurately to reduce energy waste.
