The project is in the core area of Tsinghua University campus, located in the southeast of the crossroads of Qinghua Road and Xuetang Road in Haidian District, Beijing. Total construction area is 24,970㎡, including 7 floors above ground, about 16,000㎡, and 3 floors underground, about 9,000㎡, with a total construction height of 30 meters.
Multi-link air conditioning system has been applied to the air conditioning system from negative Floor 2 to Floor 7, providing cooling air in summer and heat in transition season. Outdoor machines have been installed on the roof.
