National Institute of Organizational Cadres Management College is located in Jinzhan County, Chaoyang District, Beijing, covering an area of 45,000 square meters. It can receive more than 500 students at the same time.
Building functions including classroom and discussion room, library, lecture hall, multi-function hall, office rooms, dining hall, dormitory and supporting rooms, etc. The project uses ground-source heat pump and solar energy integrated system for cooling and heating, and provides domestic water.
Sanzen AI intelligent management system is installed to achieve fully automated operation.
The project has won Luban Prize, Tienyou Jeme Prize, and was identified as the first national green construction demonstration project, being marked with three green stars operation logo in the building. Its excellent cooling and heating system has been praised by many Party and State leaders. The ground source heat pump central air conditioning system constructed by Sanzen Energy provides a strong guarantee for the daily teaching and reception work of the college.
