China Life R & D Center is located in Zhongguancun Environmental Science and Technology Demonstration Park, Haidian District, Beijing. Total construction area of the project is 400,000㎡, and construction area above floor is 172,000㎡ , which would be constructed in three phases. It is positioned as an internationally advanced and domestic first-class research and development center, possessing functions of software research and development, testing, training and remote disaster recovery.
Original operation mode: Traditional power frequency operation
New working mode: Ground source heat pump+ice cool storage+water cool storage+water heat storage
Sanzen Energy transforms the system by installing sensing equipment and self-developed centralized controller to build an AI energy intelligent energy management system. Not only can the system reach the state of intelligent automatic operation, but also can provide solutions of data information input and energy efficient utilization. Compared with traditional energy system, energy saving can be realized with 40% by means of Internet plus energy control along with other measures, leading to excellent operating income.
Design of the system is advanced in China and has won LEED Award and the title of green construction.
