Beijing College of Social Administration is a public higher educational institution, being directly affiliated to the Ministry of Civil Affairs. The project covers an area of 397,353㎡, construction area of 22,580㎡, and current operation area of 122,000 ㎡. Sanzen Energy ground source heat pump system provides cooling and heating source for all air conditioners. Meanwhile, Sanzen Energy AI energy control system has been implemented to manage and control energy conversation. Since July 1, 2021, the project has been working in energy-saving mode.
