The project adopts ground-source heat pump system for heating and cooling. Original system is operated in fixed frequency mode, while Sanzen Energy transforms the system by installing sensing equipment and self-developed centralized controller, not only making the system perform in automatic state with unmanned operation, but also providing the solutions of data information input and energy efficient utilization.
The Original system is operated manually, causing serious hysteretic judgment of the system loading, small temperature differences between the air conditioning sides , and low utilization rate of the pump frequency conversion equipment.
Through centralized control of the air conditioning system, the machine room can operate automatically. Meanwhile, it adopt series of energy saving strategies such as climate compensation, temperature divison in different times and pump frequency conversion, allowing the system to work on-demand.
