In 2017, Sanzen Energy was authorized to implement this transformation project. After comprehensive survey, we reformed the system by installing sensing equipment and self-developed centralized controllers to make it operate in intelligent automatic mode, ensuring highest energy utilization.

In 2018, the project was selected as the energy saving subsidy project of Beijing Commission of Housing and Urban-rural Development, realizing the overall building energy saving of 15%-20%. It would receive 30 CNY/㎡ as subsidy, totally more than 6 million CNY from government for energy saving.
In 2019, Nord Property entrusted Sanzen Energy to carry out energy-saving transformation for the newly completed phase III project of 300,000 square meters and phase I project of 100,000 square meters.
